TOWNHOME COMMUNITY CONCEPT
IN DESIGN: This project includes the exterior design of multiple unit types of a 100+ townhome community.
13th STREET TOWNHOMES A
IN CONSTRUCTION: 4 new modern townhomes located on 13th Street. Each will include a roof terrace.
13th STREET TOWNHOMES B
IN DESIGN: 8 new modern townhomes located on 13th Street. Each will include a roof terrace.
13th STREET TOWNHOMES C
IN DESIGN: 10 new townhomes located on 13th Street.
MIXED USE
IN DESIGN: We are excited to be working on a new 50,000sf mixed use building in Chattanooga. The program includes retail space, a restaurant, and 3 levels of condominiums.
COMMERCIAL HQ
IN CONCEPT: A new 15,000sf office building to include the headquarters of a local company.
BROADWAY TOWNHOMES
IN CONCEPT: A new townhome community including as many as 22 new homes.
HISTORIC RENOVATION
IN CONSTRUCTION: The historic renovation of a late 1800’s home in Wildwood GA.
4TH AVE TOWNHOMES
IN DESIGN: 8 new townhomes on 4th Ave. in Knoxville TN.
WHITTLE SPRINGS TOWNHOMES
IN DESIGN: 7 new townhomes on Whittle Springs in Knoxville TN.
WILDWOOD CABINS
IN CONSTRUCTION: 4 new tiny cabins on a hillside in Wildwood Georgia.
IGOU GAP HOUSE
IN DESIGN: Located on a beautiful site overlooking the city we are working on the design of a new contemporary family home.
NORTH CHICK HOUSE
IN DESIGN: This project includes the design of a new single family custom home overlooking the North Chick Creek.
ST. ELMO HOUSE #3
IN DESIGN: We are working on another great addition to a historic home in the St. Elmo Historic District along with a new ADU and garage at the rear of the site.
RED BANK HOUSE #3
IN CONSTRUCTION: We are working on the renovation and addition to a great older home in Red Bank. More information coming soon!
HILLSIDE COMMUNITY
IN DESIGN: This beautiful and historic site is located on the end of Missionary Ridge. The project includes the development of a unique neighborhood made up of various housing types nestled within the 6 acre property.
BATHHOUSE
IN DESIGN: A new bathhouse for a campground that includes bathrooms, kitchen, and outdoor showers.
CLUBHOUSE
IN DESIGN: A new clubhouse for a golf course. More Information coming soon.
TREEHOUSE CAMP
IN DESIGN: A community of up to 40 treehouses as a part of a larger mountain resort.
LUXURY CAMPGROUND
IN CONCEPT: We are working on a large campground that includes a clubhouse, cabins, yurts, and campsites on a beautiful property just outside Chattanooga.
