Project Description:

Set on a uniquely challenging and remarkably beautiful site just outside of Chattanooga, this emerging adventure hospitality destination is envisioned as a refined outdoor retreat that blends immersive nature experiences with thoughtful, design-driven accommodations. ALLY Architecture has been engaged to help shape a luxury camping environment that offers a wide range of lodging experiences—including cabins, yurts, RV sites, and elevated tent platforms—carefully integrated into the natural landscape.

At the heart of the development is a central lodge designed to serve as the social and experiential anchor of the property. Shared amenities will include a restaurant, gathering and lounge spaces, an outdoor pavilion, and a resort-style pool, all intended to foster community while maintaining a strong connection to the surrounding environment. A riverside dock will provide direct access to the adjacent waterway, supporting activities such as kayaking, paddleboarding, and other outdoor recreation.

The project seeks to balance adventure, hospitality, and stewardship of the landscape, creating a destination that feels both elevated and deeply connected to the natural character of the region. We are excited to continue developing the vision for this unique retreat.
